LEAD EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER Bright Start Child Care, LLC d/b/a Bright Start Early Care & Preschool seeks a Lead Early Childhood Teacher in Washington, DC. Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, lesson plans, activities, classroom-management techniques, and behavioral intervention plans for young children; provide group and individualized instruction; observe and document developmental progress; communicate with parents; maintain a safe and appropriate classroom environment; and supervise Teachers, Teacher Assistants, and Aides. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field and 24 months of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher or K or Pre-K Teacher. Salary: $60,200.00/year.
