SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Senior Business Analyst POSITION DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS: Work on projects and implement improving software processes. Analyze requirements and provide solutions and recommendations to complex software product requirements to ensure technical design meets business needs. Collaborate with partners, product managers, and end customers for designing, develop, programming, analyzing, debugging and implementing new software application features. Perform rollout strategies, application testing, performance tuning, balancing, usability, automation and support/troubleshooting of customer problems including software bug fixing. Modify software programs. Design, develop, test and implement systems. Train clients, write code and debug software program. Interpret functionality of existing code, and refactor with new technologies. Require Master’s degree in Technology, Management, Engineering or equiv with 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Require experience in: Design, develop, test application; Data Migration; and work with Flat files, Oracle, XML, JIRA, Teradata, Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI, SAFe, Hybrid, Agile- Scrum, Waterfall, ETL -Informatica, SSIS, UI/UX, Salesforce and RedShift.
