Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: 2401 Montgomery St., Silver Spring, MD, 20910; The Business Intelligence Analyst is resp for maintaining & supporting the company’s IT systems & infrastructure, incl the procurement, install, & maintenance of hardware, software, servers, network components, & VOIP systems. The role involves managing an inventory database to monitor equipment usage, damage, & profitability, as well as conducting cost-benefit analyses to inform business strategies. The analyst implements digital security measures & user access protocols to ensure system integrity. Additionally, the analyst utilizes data tools to generate financial, business, & economic reports, perform trend analyses, & identify opportunities for operational improvements, product development, & sales growth in support of strategic decision-making.Education Req: Master’s degree (or foreign equivt) in Econ, Business Admin or Statistics plus 6 months of exp in the offered position; Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Advanced knowl of Microsoft Office Suite, Caterease software, Google Suite applications, accounting principles & practices, economic analysis & forecasting & financial modeling & budgeting.
