Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and/or live chat
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, product information, and order updates
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and communication platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
