Network Administrator. Design, develop, implement, maintain & optimize complex network systems & services and cloud-based telephony services using Zoom Phone, including service configuration, call routing, & feature management & work with video relay service providers to ensure high-quality audio & video communication. Perform advanced configuration and deployment of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, authentication services, IP addressing, & cabling, with emphasis on high-quality video and voice performance. Lead advanced troubleshooting for complex network, telephony, & real-time communication issues.
