Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator. Coordinate the daily operations & work flow of Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center Human Resources unit; assist with designing & implementing operational systems & processes; coordinate all logistical aspects of recruitment, interview, & hiring processes for Clerc Center positions; support the hiring process by screening applications, guiding Search Committee Chairs through the selection process, maintaining accurate hiring records, & assisting with strategies to attract candidates; coordinate human resources data management functions; maintain human resources records; coordinate onboarding processes for new hires & offboarding procedures for departing employees, assists in identifying onboarding training needs & coordinate required training; develop monthly or quarterly reports for internal & external stakeholders; serve as a resource on policies, procedures, & systems for Clerc Center. Job in Washington, DC. Requires: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related filed, fluency in American Sign Language at the time of job interview & excellent references.
