Actively delivers on Epic-level objectives (e.g., net new workstreams, apps, and functionality) from initial requirements and design, through development and iterative testing, to go-live and ongoing support. Ensures work on the Epic meets acceptance criteria and any blockers are promptly cleared for developers working on the effort. Engages with client to ensure adoption of delivered Epics, receiving sign off on Requirements Traceability Matrix for each phase or task order of the project. Creates plans for project priorities (e.g., Epics, O&M related Enhancements) and presents the approach with both client and project teams, including timelines and risks. Builds design documents (e.g., wireframes, pseudo code, data models, use case diagrams) to effectively convey technical approaches. Proactively creates and/or improves solution documentation and/or team processes with the ability to anticipate client needs and support. Actively builds their own immediate, small effective team for project delivery. Serves in lead roles for team activities and/or initiatives supporting entry level practitioners (e.g., developing tech trainings, conducting knowledge transfers, onboarding support). Helps draft critical Proposal sections, serves as a reviewer for other Proposal sections, and makes educated revisions through feedback and participates in required edits through to the final Proposal submission. Takes initiative to lead and complete externally facing material(s) (e.g., one-pagers, blog posts, white papers, social media posts, marketing flyers, data sheets). Helps prepare demos of existing project solutions (existing clients) or participates with building pre-sales collateral (tailored demo). Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, IT, Business, Computer Science, or closely related field. 2 years of exp as enterprise performance management (EPM) analyst/developer, systems engineer/analyst, data management analyst, software developer/analyst, or rel occupations in which the required EPM experience is gained. Ability to lead the generation and documentation of client requirements, functional approaches and wireframes, technical designs, development, and testing; Robust understanding of client's entire technical ecosystem as it relates to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting; Complete understanding of Agile Scrum best practices and techniques for managing technical projects and ability to facilitate Sprint Ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) for the team; Ability to implement enhancements and modifications to data warehouses supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) systems; Ability to configure new data integrations for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) systems, such as loading expenditures from the financial system on an automated daily cadence; Ability to create visual collateral or demo material (e.g., wireframes, requirements tracability matrices, decision matrices, powerpoints) supporting project delivery and effectively present them to clients; Ability to support the project manager with various contract management tasks such as financials, timelines, and risk while helping to ensure that client expectations are met across all facets of project delivery; Management of communication and coordination with clients and project team members for entire workstreams or subsets of workstreams to ensure alignment of expectations and priorities across all parties.
