Olivet Academy MD seeks Director, Religious Activities & Edu. (Greenbelt, MD) Oversee curric planning, implementation, & eval across all grade levels (K–8), incl subjects such as ELA, Math, Sci, Hist, & Bible studies. Review lesson plans & instruc materials to ensure align w/ academic standards & the school’s Christian mission. Eval academic perform data & guide instructional improvements Supervise, mentor, & eval teaching staff, incl Lead Teachers & Asst Teachers. Conduct classroom observations & provide feedback for professional growth. Lead staff meetings, training sessions, & performance eval. Oversee daily school ops, incl sched, student supervision, & facility use. Ensure compliance with local education regulations and safety standards. Coord school events, assemblies, & extracurricular programs. Communicate w/ parents regarding student progress, school policies, & concern Lead & oversee spiritual activities, incl chapel srvcs, prayer meetings, & Bible-based instruction Recruit, interview, and hire qualified teaching and support staff. Collaborate w/ the Board of Dir on school devel plans, incl expansion,budgeting,& long-term goals. Provide regular updates & reports to the Board. Master’s in Admin. $59,384/yr.
