INNOVO construction in NW Washington DC is looking for: MATERIALS ENGINEER: recommend materials & systems for projects, inspect sites & gather data, confer with project stakeholders, prepare technical drawing, testing, and insp. procedures, analyze failure data, provide intelligence during bidding process. PROJECT ENGINEERS: analyze drawing&specs, support cost estimation & bidding, oversee project execution, procurement, document submittal, field progress, ensure compliance with safety & installation quality standard/specs, complete project closing.
