Application Resiliency Mgr & Sr. Software Engineer

Application Resiliency Manager: Responsible for mgmt of dsgn, dvpt & maint of resilient apps & infra. architectures using automated solns & cloud svcs. Lead dsgn & deploy of fault-tolerant infra. for co’s software apps. Facilitate dsgn & impl of highly avlble architectures for custom apps supporting co’s fin svcs products. Perform rel duties. Req Master’s or eqv in CS or closely rel field + 10 yrs exp as Appln Resiliency Mgr, Solutions DevOps Engr, Applns Engr, Prog Analyst, or rel pos. Must hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engr – Professional cert. Exp must incl bldg & oper IT sys for fin products; config custom optimization software for fin svcs/products; & dvpt of automated solns. Must also incl use of AWS tech & svcs (S3, EFS, Route 53, Amazon MQ, AWS Backup, Route53 Application Recovery Controller, AWS Resiliency Hub), Docker, Splunk, Jenkins, CloudFormation, Groovy, Ansible & Python; Agile dev meth; DNS & auth svcs; & IAC best practices. Must be able to architect & facilitate app & data redun across mult AWS avail zones & regions. Sr. Software Engineer: Work w/ & across multiple Agile teams to dsgn, dvlp, test, deploy, & support a wide range of tech solns. Provide SME in core tech, such as Java, database & AWS. Perform rel duties. Req Bach deg or eqv in CS or closely rel fld & 7 yrs exp as Software Engr or closely rel pos. Exp must incl use of tools & tech such as JAVA/J2EE, SOA, AWS, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, SOAP & REST. Must have exp w/ depl. automation using Jenkins, leveraging Maven & Ant scripts; exp dvlpg Java-based apps, database, & microsvcs; and exp in creating & maintaining infrastruct for software dvpt.
