Waitlist Opening Notice- Petersburg Apartments The Petersburg Apartments will be opening its waitlist. Persons interested in applying may obtain a blank application form in-person on March 26th at 3298 Fort Lincoln Dr., N.E., Washington, DC 20018 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm or via mail or email over the following period/days March 26th thru March 27th by emailing syoung@fortlincolnrealty.com to request an application form. Completed applications must be submitted no later than April 27th and may be submitted either in-person or via mail at 3298 Fort Lincoln Drive, NE, Washington, DC 20018 or electronically to syoung@fortlincolnrealt y.com. Applications submitted via mail must be postmarked no later than April 27th. Any applications received after this date will not be processed. Applications submitted via mail or hand-delivery must be the original signed application. Applicants whose applications are accepted will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which they are received.
