This key role involves leading multi-site operations, optimizing business performance, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities – Oversee and manage regional operations to ensure profitability and process efficiency. – Develop and execute cost optimization and productivity strategies. – Supervise contract management and ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and environmental standards. – Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. – Build and maintain strong relationships with government and corporate clients. – Manage HR programs related to recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. – Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications – MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. – 15+ years of experience in operations, project management, or corporate administration. – Proven track record in construction, technology, services, or food manufacturing sectors. – Expertise in contract management, procurement, budgeting, and occupational safety. – Certifications: OSHA 30, Food Safety Management, Forklift Safety, CPR/AED/First Aid. – Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written). – Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and project management platforms.
